The Rosemary Team at CrossCountry Mortgage was opened in June of 2012 by its Branch Manager and Master Loan Originator Eric Rosemary. Eric is a seasoned Mortgage Professional with over 17 years experience originating mortgages and operating high producing mortgage offices. The Rosemary Team office was CrossCountry Mortgage's top producing branch from 2013-2015. Eric was also recently added to the 2019 Scotsman Guides top 1% of Originators in the US by closed loans.

The Rosemary Team is CrossCountry Mortgage’s first Florida Branch to be opened in the state. Original operations were out of Fort Lauderdale for 8 years before being relocated to Boca Raton in June of 2020 where its easily accessible to both Broward and Palm Beach clientele.
