George Koutsos, Regional Branch Manager

George is known to be one of the premiere mortgage consultants of the North Shore. A top loan officer with more than twenty-eight years of experience in the industry, over 8,000 closed loans and the winner of numerous awards for excellence in his field, he has the tools and the ability to help his clients navigate the mortgage process. In 2019, George was ranked #452 in volume and #280 in units by the Scotsman Guide. He particularly prides himself on building lifelong relationships with each borrower, and he aims to give the most personalized service possible. On a personal level, George enjoys spending time with his wife Ruth at their home in Danvers. George is licensed to originate mortgage loans in MA, ME, NH, CT, RI, FL, and SC. He is also a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) and a Registered Mortgage Advisor (RMA).

Nick Zannelli, Team Lead

Nick has 15+ years of experience in the financial field. His expertise in underwriting and his extensive knowledge concerning loan programs allow him to quickly evaluate the needs of the borrowers and get loans approved in a timely manner. He works with borrowers and real estate agents throughout the mortgage process; he also leads and supervises the team to ensure a smooth, quick, and pleasant experience throughout the transaction. Nick works very closely with George on every loan and excels in his position as the “right-hand man”. Nick is an avid New England Patriots fan and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
