Hi, I’m Sam, and I’m known for being one of the most driven, competitive, and passionate individuals you’ll ever meet. With a foundation of integrity developed at the Merchant Marine Academy, I’m dedicated to always doing what’s in the best interest of my clients.

Throughout my career, I’ve held numerous leadership positions and consistently been a top producer. At one point, I ran the #1 retail branch in California and managed retail mortgage branches that closed over $1.5 billion annually for a large mortgage bank. I’m proud to bring this expertise to the Gaylord-Hansen team in San Diego, CA, where I focus on developing systems and tools to enhance our client experience and keep our organization thriving. I'm passionate about serving others and providing the highest level of service at America's #1 Retail Mortgage Lender.

Outside of work, my wife Mary and I are blessed with four wonderful children: Jack, Jane, Grace, and Belle. In my free time, I love spending time with family, traveling, and playing golf.
