By reaching new heights in Scotsman Guide Scotsman Guide's prestigious rankings – including #3 retail mortgage lender, #7 overall mortgage lender, and 235 CCM Top Originators. We also earned nationwide recognition in Inc. 5000's Fastest-Growing Private Companies, Weatherhead 100, and Cleveland.com Top Workplaces.
Supporting Hispanic Homeownership
This recognition extends to our loan officers leading the Latino market, with 12 CCM representatives on the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals' Top Latino Mortgage Originators list – and Lizy Hoeffer leading the way with the #1 ranking.
These dedicated mortgage professionals are playing a key role in our mission to support Hispanic homeownership. Hundreds of Spanish-speaking CCM loan officers, our new Spanish language app, and Spanish educational materials have all come together to help connect and build communities.
Giving Back To Our Communities
CCM Cares is another way our team is building up communities. From assisting the Cleveland Food Bank to supporting the Cleveland Browns’ Salute to Service and hosting community events at CrossCountry Mortgage Headquarters, 2023 brought us all together in ways big and small.
Expanding Mortgage Products and Technology
2023 also saw us boosting more borrowers with new programs. CCM Smart Start, CCM Equity Express, and CCM Bye-Bye PMI are just a few ways we’re innovating to help clients get much-needed cash and afford their dream homes.
With new products comes new technology to elevate the mortgage experience. HR One and LO One are two apps we rolled out to advance the mortgage process for our team, partners, and clients.
We welcomed new teams and trailblazers with the Reverse One Team, Renovation Team, and Affordable Housing Team, all dedicated to supporting more clients with their experience, expertise, and home financing solutions.
Collaboration With Key Partners
Our team also worked hand-in-hand with corporate partners to further all of our goals. From industry leaders at NAHREP, NAMMBA, and NAREB to community representatives like the Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, we’re thankful for our incredible partners.
New Corporate Headquarters
2023 wouldn’t have been complete without renovating our own home. Since moving in, we’ve opened a state-of-the-art gym, The Crossing Café, hosted many events, and unveiled the winning mural by our Paint the District winner.
We dedicated ourselves to becoming one of America’s top mortgage lenders and did it in 2023. Now, we’re looking forward to 2024 as one team – winning together – ready to keep the victories coming.
